Christmas
For various reasons, I had been dreading Christmas. I had imagined all kinds of not-so-pleasant scenarios. The week leading up to it was not looking good. However, this turned out to be a great holiday. It wasn't one of the most eventful by any means, but it definitely had aspects of the unusual, unpredictable and totally relaxing. I think the totallly relaxing was what I didn't expect, so I was completely happy when I got it.
I will write more about this later, but I am currently cooking potstickers and cheese pastry things for my drunk friends and my drunk self. Life ain't so bad right now!
